These two paper dolls are made out of paper, cardboard and plastic. Their head dress is made out of paint swatches and shaped like feathers and their clothing is made out of painted paper bags. Enjoy

Upcycling: The Golden Queen and her subjects Paper Dolls

ImageImageI had this packing from a yogurt maker and I said that kind of looks like a mountain, where those statues should go. I then went on to make this gold queen paper doll and cut outs of both boys and girls, painted them and glued them around to make it look like a queen’s subject. The queen’s crown is really just the shape with lines drawn with a permanent marker and a dot in the middle. Enjoy

Upcycling as both Art and Function

I have been upcycling now for about 5 years ago. Five years ago I called it being bored. About a year ago I started calling it upcycling and took a new twist and became more willing to upcycle everything . I have now developed and archive of pictures. I’m posting them here.
